The man who’s making Coca-Cola “bigger”

Fast Company profiled David Butler, Coca-Cola’s vice president of global design, who oversees 450 brands in 200 countries, an in house design staff of 50 and about 300 agencies worldwide. Among many of Butler’s successful initiatives featured in this article is a description of Coca-Cola’s Design Machine. The system with over 8000 artwork templates and more added every day, enables “the smallest grocery store in Tokyo” to use “the best of Turner Duckworth’s work in San Francisco”. Now THAT’S big!
